Our vision and mission Fancyabrew
was born out of a vision of a united and co-operating church and of an
obvious need of something godly to be provided for young Christians who
were too old for youth programmes. It
was also born out of frustration in seeing many young people go through
church youth programmes to then just drift away from church and God. Fancyabrew has been set up to address this. It will provide a framework from which to support 18-30 year olds with practical resources as well as peer support. We hope to see co-operation between Churches and as such see a more biblical reflection of one body of christ. We
aim to support all churches in Warrington, be that through providing
service for those who are 18-30 already within that church or by
correlating info to pass to those 18-30s currently without a church so
that they might be able to make an informed choice of church. We
have also set up a sister project aimed at mission called Kingdom
Co-Mission to help those involved get involved in mission with other
churches or with help of other churches. We
aim to glorify God by enabling all generations of the church to stay
engaged and as such provide role models from one generation to the next. |
